I cannot thank Jeremy at JBUS enough for getting the sewer at my home operational again. JBUS came out the day of the call and quickly diagnosed the issue. They immediately jumped into action, formulating a plan to resolve the problem. They were able to dig a 10ft deep hole in my front yard, replacing broken sewer pipe. They also diagnosed another issue that my water company needs to resolve to completely fix my issue. The entire process with JBUS was easy and stress free. I cannot thank you enough for caring so much. These guys are definitely in it for customer satisfaction and NOT just a quick buck. I highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs.

They definitely need a secretary. They didnt show up for two appointments that were set well in advance. Its difficult for me to take off work and I didnt appreciate them wasting my time. I would give them a 0 if possible. Dont waste your time waiting for them to show up.

Great work and friendly service! Had a water heater with a significant leak. Basement was close to flooded. Called early in the morning and they worked me in same day since I didnt have water. They worked till about 7:00 at night to get hot water restored to the house, which is important with 3 kids on a school night, which they understood. Really appreciate the willingness to work late to get the job done, and done well!

Fantastic experience with these guys. They went the whole nine yards in pin pointing the issue, and helped me to find a more permanent solution. Cleared the clog, mapped out the lines for us, and all at a reasonable price. No slacking here. Even made it out to help us the same day.
