Love this little shop!! Its charming with a lot to see! Same owner for years, now in her 80s and still working Genuine small town feel, unpretentious with something for just about anyone.

Disorganized and crowded store. Impossible for a wheelchair to navigate. Displays far too crowded for efficient shopping - felt as if someone just dumped everything they had in the aisles and on the floor. And to complete the uncomfortable shopping experience, shoppers were assaulted by a very inappropriate talk radio program broadcast through the store. Ugh. If I wanted to dwell on the divisiveness of our world, I could find that on my own. Not a place I would return to or spend any money in. I have found many more welcoming places in Eagle River that will get my business.

My family has been buying stools from this store for all the family's kids. Recently we picked up another stool from this store and the quality of the stool has declined, the image on the stool looks like it was drawn by a 4-year-old and the lettering barely takes up half of the stool. A drastic difference from what we have been purchasing. When we called the store regarding the issue the store owner insisted that the quality has gone up and that everyone likes the stools. They did not care or try to help an unsatisfied customer. Will not buy from this store again.
