The expense of going here is absolutely insane. Be prepared to spend about 40,000 dollars but not get very good service as most my emails they never responded to. This place has not been good since they lost attorney Xiong. Also don't be fooled, they have their paralegals writing the 5 star reviews on Google. Mr Jenkins is the worst attorney, unprepared for hearings and is now sending me emails regarding my hearings from last year even though I'm not even a client anymore.

Lawyers have a way with telling you what you want to hear. Then saying they want to withdraw as your representative you when things do not go the way they should have gone. Especially when that was how they were going to get paid. I know if I did a crappy job at work I wouldn't be there too much longer, when you are a lawyer of course it isn't their fault. You ask for a bull and get a kitten, that wants the bulls food. If you are disabled forget it. Not 1 person understood, asked questions or attempted to listen to what I needed to be able to qualify for treatments and care that I was getting before the hearing. I get that things do not always go as planned or in your favor. However this firm was not fighting for me. I had asked several times for an offer or to get the information that i needed to make one to my ex. They never even tried they just wanted to rack up the billable hrs. They don't care about the asset level, maintenance amount and if you will still be able to receive help no matter how many times you have told them. Hopefully my case will open their ears a little better so they can understand what their clients actually need. Plus i was emailed someone elses court documents. Off to write a grievance letter to the state on this one. Definitely not a recommendation.

Do not choose this firm. Simply will not do the job. Doesn't show up in court. Doesn't file papers. Will have private meetings with the opposing attorney. Money, money, money & will not do the job.

As a Father in a bizzare circumstance, I highly recommend Otto Family Law. 5 Stars all the way! I trust them, I have faith in them and I listen to them. My son and I are very thankful for Attorney Otto and her team.

Don't waste your time or money with this firm, nor Zachary Jenkings. $7800 down the drain for grandparents rights petition. Every month constant excessive billing and when requesting clarification then charged again. Never notified discussed conversations with other side attorneys but billed for it and then would have to question it. Numerous billings for conversations, emails, and letters drawn up to me in response to matters that solely affected only the other 2 parties in the case. Sent emails between July and August and had zoom appointments specifically to request it to stop but was told it was a requirement for me to be informed. After repeated charges and complaining then on September 19th I was allowed to sign an addendum to not be notified of issues that weren't directly concerning me. I still can't get an answer why I couldn't be discluded in July when I requested but September was ok. Not only did this attorney not fight for me but nickled and dimed me to death.
