Amazing company! We could not be more happy with our experience with Tradewinds. We had them install a heat pump and furnace. Alan clearly knew heat pumps and was patient with all of our questions. I called Tradewinds on behalf of our daughters business. Her furnace when out and after 2 visits from another heating contractor, with questionable results, I called Tradewinds. Not familiar with heating contractors in Madison, I contacted Tradewinds mainly based on the positive reviews. I spoke with Ken, the owner and after answering ALL my questions, we decided to have him give us a quote for the furnace replacement. Price was competitive, workmanship was excellent, and it was completed promptly.
