No coin counter here, though they did used to have one. Now you have to hand roll coins or they won't take them. Typical corporate greed, some spreadsheet said they could save a few dollars by removing it, so now they don't offer it as a service anymore, and customers are the ones that end up paying the price, terrible modern trend.

The worst experience ever bankers are sitting there at 4 o'clock telling ppl get appointment just to open a basic checking account then good job branch manager dont even have time to tell your employees to do their jobs ... Glad i didn't open with Chase if that the service I'm gonna be having from my bank

I have had to return to this branch three times over the past month to sign the same document because of their banking teams incompetence, failure to print the correct document and communicate with their team. I now have to return for a fourth time to sign the exact same document.

I respect the professionalism of the local staff, but, I am very upset that JP Morgan Chase is lending billions to tar sands pipeline companies to EXPAND and build new fossil fuel projects. Why build new fossil fuel infrastructure during this time when we need to transition to clean energy? My grandkids deserve a livable planet.

Only drive-in services are available. The branch is closed to in-person services. They need to update their online info to reflect this.
