    Owner is very disrespectful. When he comes into our business trying to sell products he degrades me talks down to me because Im a woman. We have spent millions of dollars with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

    Don't bother! If you get a faulty part they just take your money! crooked! I bought seals by giving a part number, the part number on the bag matched what I needed. But when I was installing they were way to big. Probably a packaging issue which shouldn't be a big deal ( over 100.00 BTW) they were ou of the seals so I ended going to another part tore and got the same part/ same package and they fit just fine. So I brought back the seals I bought and was told to I could not get my money back. excuses = #1. I opened the packaging ( how else would I have known they didn't fit? #2. They didn't know what happened for them to be to big, so its my problem. #3. We must have left them in a hot truck ( they told me i left them in the truck for 3 days)? idk where they got that info from? and why that would matter? don't they ship them in a truck? #4. We must have been putting them in the wrong place . These ppl had every excuse in the book to not give us our money back . Condescending and crooked

    Actually I'd give it a negative star. Took our bobcat mower in . Sat at facility for 3 weeks. They replaced battery for $500, said that's all that was wrong. We had replaced battery the end of last season. They didn't check anything else. Got mower home and it was dead. Talked to customer service and said they would look at it when they had the time, but would again charge us for service ( which they didn't do initially). Basically I'm stuck with a piece of junk that I paid too much for that I'm going to haul to my local junkyard. Do I recommend Bobcat , he'll no. Do I recommend Bobcat of Madison service double he'll no. Don't buy a Bobcat.

Jan,We apologize that you are not satisfied with the service provided.You brought in a Green Bob-Cat mower. Green Bob-Cat mowers are not associated with Bobcat. All Bobcat mowers since the Acquisition are painted White. Green Bob-cat mowers were not sold at bobcat dealerships, we service Green Bob-Cat mowers to help people that still have these older mowers.We advised at the time of drop-off that we were 3 weeks out on our service schedule. That was fine with the gentleman that dropped the machine off. It took us 2.5 weeks to get to your workorder and a few days to diagnose, fix and test after replacing the battery.You explained to me that you took the mower home after being serviced, used it once, and everything was fine. you claimed after almost month of sitting that the machine would not start. We apologized, said that we would provide another battery for free if that was the issue. It is possible that the installed battery failed. If that was the case, parts and labor would be covered under parts warranty and, since we don’t have a service backlog, it would be looked at right away. You claimed that you are too far away to bring the mower back to have the battery tested. As we explained in our phone conversation and as written on your service invoice, we tested multiple things on your bob-cat mower. No shorts were found in the wiring, no obvious damage to the harness and the system was charging at 14 volts with and without the PTO active. You advised that after charging the battery it would start just fine, suggesting that the starter is in good working order. I asked you to charge it and ensure that the key is taken out to rule out that a simple mistake and let us know what happens with the key taken out. There is also the potential for a slow parasitic draw, Parts and labor are potentially costly for such a diagnosis and repair. (We did not receive a follow-up call nor did you ever bring in the mower or battery for testing). You stated that you did not want to put any more money into this machine (this was the first time we had repaired it outside of an oil change the year prior). You demanded that we buy this mower from you and that you had already purchased a different mower somewhere else and that you did not want this mower any longer. You simply just wanted us to buy your used mower and couldn’t understand why we aren’t interested in purchasing it. Then you requested that we take our battery back and give you money for that. we advised again that Warranty will replace at no cost if a part fails within 12 months but will not give money back.
