The service department at Fields is the absolute worst we've ever had to deal with. Anytime I call for service I have to wait on hold forever, often times I get hung up on. When I finally get someone on the line they expect me to know what I need for service vs helping me to understand what I need. Then when I do schedule an appt they aren't able to get me in for weeks. We've been dealing with a service engine light for months and its STILL unresolved. I had called about it and had an appointment but when I got there and it was no longer on they said well we can look at it but you'll have to pay for it. Sent me on my way and when I called back a week later because it was on they said, well just pop in and we'll look at it. I live an hour away! The light ended up going off about a week later and I never did get down there. Low and behold it's been on now for over a month. We finally got an appt and my husband drove an hour there today for our appt and they had it down incorrectly as a drop off, so needless to say they sent him home and now we have to go back down in a few weeks. They couldn't even offer him a loaner and keep it there to look into the issue. Will definitely NOT be using them for service once our warranty is up. Customer Service Rating - ZERO!
