Prometric Testing Center

Ive tested here twice now, its always been a smooth process. Id advise getting to your exam an hour early because they will let you start early, and there will be little to no wait at check-in. Theres also a fridge where you can put food.

I had a great experience taking an exam here in June 2020. I had to take my exam at this center because exams were being cancelled left and right at the Chicago prometric. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom is located close to the test room, so it was easy to take a break after every test block. Would highly recommend testing here!

It is not the fault of the local office but Prometric has been Horrible to deal with. Worst customer service imaginable 2 hour hold times cant get a real person on the phone Online system doesn't help with duplicate payment refunds.

Overall Prometric experience in trying to take the test has been horrible. Called the MSN test center and they are closed tried to leave a message but not sure if they will even return a call. I realize COVID19 is a problem now but returning phone calls and customer service from the start with this company has been terrible. Will look for another test company if there is one! Update: no, there is not other choice in WI.
