Fantastic. I took my kitty Zelda in today, and they were nothing but supportive and kind. I was a sobbing mess, and the staff didnt judge me and offered different veterinarians to call for more affordable options for her surgery. Kind, compassionate and understanding. I would recommend bluepearl to anybody, and thank you to everyone today who was so patient with me.

They did the best they could to take care of my dog who at the we had no idea what was wrong with his stomach. They did X-Rays and they showed nothing and recommended a ultrasound, I asked them to do it and the dr informed me the ultrasound they have isnt big enough for my dog that was only 68 pounds. Not sure how you could call that an emergency room. So they told me to go to our vet right away in the morning and they would forward all the records and X-rays to our vet. Our vet tried most of the next day to get ahold of them to get them and no answer so I had to pay for another X-ray. Found something but couldnt make out what it was so they did an ultrasound and found a toy in his stomach and did emergency surgery and unfortunately 2 days later we had to put him down. The staff was very friendly and worked fast but I drove an hour and a half for no answers and had to pay for the same services again the next day at our vet

Dr. Byl is an excellent IMS. He treated and is still treating my dog Teddy promptly and with compassion. Teddy suddenly went downhill with dramatic weight loss, inappetence, change in stools. His normal vet labeled it as arthritis, and did nothing else to treat him besides pain medication that worsened his condition and sent him to ER. We reached out after an ER visit (blue pearl in oak creek-they were great for ER visit). We got in with dr byl within the week. His staff and him both listened attentively and were very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. As someone in the medical field I often ask a lot of questions and do at home research, and this sometimes is taken negatively by doctors when I would bring up suggestions or ask certain questions. Dr. Byl was very patient, listened, and explained everything very thorough. He didnt seem at all irritated or bothered by my questions which I appreciated a lot. Having a discussion allowed me to feel at ease and leave with no lingering thoughts about my doggies care. He also did not push any care and allowed us to make informed decisions, with price, outlook, importance, etc of said interventions. He gave reasonings behind all of his thoughts and allowed me (and my family) to understand everything that was going on with Ted. Teddy is now doing much better, thanks to Dr Byls brain! I appreciate you Dr. Byl and all the staff at Blue Pearl! Thank you!

My experience is with Dr. Byl at this location. He has been very helpful with all of the things my dog is going through. He always calls right away with the results of tests and brainstorms a lot of different ideas to help treat my dog! I would recommend him to someone who wants a thorough vet!

Long wait time. We were the only ones in there. They made us sit in a small room for a long time. Took over 3 hours with our kitten. The vet seemed more concerned about making money versus actually caring about my kitten. They didn't tell us pricing for the exam. We had to ask. It was 200 dollars. 4x the amount of our regular vet. X ray costs 400 dollars. The vet didn't know what was wrong with our kitten and wanted to do more invasive testing and I declined. Said she has masses in her lungs and "it doesn't look good". Zero compassion. They see money that's all. Cost 732 dollars for no amswers. Took forever to leave. Staff was rude. Sitting in the back talking as if we weren't in there. I absolutely don't recommend this place. We are getting a second opinion from our vet. Very unprofessional.
