        A great place where you can pick the vase, the flowers themselves (or a premade arrangement, they have those too), and some nice-to-add things like candles and mini-stuffed animals. The people have been very friendly too and helped me put everything together.

        First time ordering from here very disappointed to have this $169 designers choice plus delivery nearly $190 get sent to my wife. She got 3 roses, 1 broken snapdragon, two wilted hydrangeas, two dianthus ball, a couple of filler flowers and some blue delphiniums. Overall just all filler flower. I requested fall colors being its the season and mentioned that my wife loves ranunculus. None of my requests was met. Ver very disappointed. Please pay attention to request detail and communicate if your going a different direction. Im nit even going to ask my wife what she thinks about her arrangement. Thanks for nothing.

      Dear Tou, thank you for your feedback. We would love to make this right! This doesn’t sound like something we would offer. All our arrangements meticulously designed with very thorough flower selection for our stores. In terms of desired flowers, the order was placed one day ahead for next day delivery. The designers choice has a disclaimer that states we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Some flowers need to be ordered ahead of time and not always in stock. It is impossible to have all varieties of flowers to have available immediately at all times. If you had strong preferences we needed to know at least few days in advance so we can exactly accommodate your preferences and we would love to do that for you.
