        It's kind of interesting for me to see some of the past reviews of Debra on the Google website. Some of them are very nasty, negative, and disparaging. My experience with Debra is very different and 100% positive. I have never written a review on Google before. I first met her when I was trying to get a homeowners policy from Farmers. That was in 2012. Both of my wifes and my vehicles are insured by Farmers, as is the house. She takes the time to explain things and we usually end up talking for an hour about anything. I am glad our paths crossed and her company covers my property.

        This woman is straight up nasty. Very unhelpful quick to start yelling. She seemed like my attempt to get help from her was a bother. I called someone else after her and was sooo pleasantly helped to get us to the right people. I believe in brass tacks but all out ignorance I have no time for. Never mind this is SUPPOSED to be YOUR business (HA) Dawn

        Made time to leave my office early for a 5 PM appointment to show her the insured item.I called at 5:20 PM to see why nobody was here yet And I receive a text message at 6:37 PM saying she is running late.I suppose letting me know your running late prior to 5 PM would be considerate considering I'm a business owner as well and my time is money. When I mention it to her she didn't seem to care.

      Per our Company Protocol and due to sharing proprietary information, I am unable to access another agent’s policy or details and will have to send you to claims. Also, as a claimant not being insured through Farmers Insurance, I am not your agent, nor was I the agent of the person you said hit you. I gave you the option to call claims directly and you told me “B#T!H do my job” while both Yourself and Your Mother were yelling at me through speaker phone. You also told me that you were not going to call the 1-800 number as you didn’t want to go through the claim process of pushing numbers. The other option you would have; call Your Agent through the company you have your auto insurance as they can also start the claim process, unless you don’t have insurance of your own. I received two calls from You, and they were both harassment calls and neither of You would listen or could hear what I was saying over yelling at me. I don’t have to tolerate that, and I am here for my clients. 12/20/2023 This is a week later and Dawn Steinbach is still sending me harrassing messages. Apparently she has nothing better to do with her time. Dawn Steinbach please stop texting my work cell phone, it is harrassment. I have no business with you.
