My experience with Fairway mortgage has been the best. Joan and Shelly are true professionals! I was on the phone with Joan on a Friday evening handling things. She always went the extra mile. Answered any questionsi had and made sure I understood what to do, I will never forget that. After I closed on my home Joan asked if there were anything else that I needed and if so don't hesitate to reach out. She never changed from the first time I started working with her. I am truly happy with the services. If I decide to buy again in the future, it HAS to be done with Joan and Fairway Mortgage.

This was my first experience with getting financing for a manufactured home/trailer home. Joan held my hand all the way through the process. She was always very prompt with following up on any obstacles that appeared and moving them out of the way!!

Joan makes getting a mortgage a painless process. She was very thorough and was in touch within minutes of me asking a question. She got us an amazing rate too. We would definitely go to Joan again with a house purchase and will highly recommend her to friends and family.
