Working with Mike was fantastic. He was very easy to communicate with, both on the phone and over e-mail. He called back right away after we put in the initial application, and continued to follow up with us throughout the application, home search, and closing process. He was very detail-oriented going over all of our documentation, and transparent about what to expect for interest rates, points, and other costs. He was also very willing to accommodate a short timeline for closing. The whole process was very low pressure. Mike was understanding when we told him that we wanted to get a quote from one or two other lenders for comparison. Ultimately, the combination of responsive service, short closing time, and good interest rate led us to choose Fairway.
