Camp K9 Pet Resort & Day Camp

We loooooove Camp K9!!! My two dogs Hamlet and Huxley both passed away in the last year and a half, but had boarded multiple times over several years here, and I never once had any issues or concerns. They were always excited to go to Camp K9, and the staff always seemed to genuinely love them. If they had questions or concerns they would contact me immediately. When I had to cancel our beloved boxer Huxleys reservation because he passed away, the staff took the time to write messages of condolence in a card they sent us. I was so touched because the messages were actually personal and not just a sorry for your loss kind of thing. The staffers wrote memories of Huxley they had, funny things he did, etc. It was truly appreciated during a time when our family was heartbroken over his passing. Whenever we end up with another dog(s) someday, you can bet I will board them here in a heartbeat. Wonderful place!

My dog goes here for daycare and boarding! The staff is so knowledgeable and great with dogs. Its definitely her happy place

My cat had a wonderful time here! She had plenty of space to roam inside her own kitty condo and enjoyed the different shelves and levels to climb within. The staff are friendly and seem very social with the animals as well. I liked that the kitty condo also had a good size window for her to look out of and bird watch. One last thing I noticed and appreciated was that the staff took extra time to ask detailed questions about NiNi as well as explain details of her stay when I picked her up! I have been a customer of Camp K9 for over 10 years. My puppy was currently enrolled and he comes home happy and tired. Tried another day care for awhile but came back as my level of comfort was not the same as Camp K9. Great place for day care, boarding and grooming!

**They leave them in their cages for more than 12 hours! ** I have brought my 7-year-old golden retriever to Camp K9 multiple times in the past, and they have never mentioned any issues before. However, this time when I dropped him off, I was surprised to hear about an additional $6 charge for cleaning soiled kennels. But when I picked him up, they informed me that I was being charged an extra $6 for the four days he apparently soiled his kennel. This left me feeling confused and concerned as my dog had never had any problems in the past. When I inquired about their potty schedule, I was shocked to learn that they only let the dogs out at 5:30 pm and then not again until 6 am! This is completely unacceptable and it's no wonder that the dogs are having accidents in their kennels. I urge others to be cautious before leaving their beloved pets with Camp K9. It's important to ensure that your pets are being properly cared for and given the attention they need. Let's advocate for the wellbeing of our furry friends!
