I have been so well supported in my work with Nick from Isthmus Designs, from start to finish! Nick helped me choose a name, land on a logo, worked tirelessly to create a just-right website map, and tweaked my writing for SEO. He has gone to great lengths to learn how I approach my work as a psychotherapist and done website work to reflect that in a way that feels authentic to me, and is visually beautiful too. Isthmus Design did a great job building my website, getting some great pictures for it and setting up my e-commerce so that I could focus on what I know how to do best. When issues came up with the store, they were quick to address my concerns and get it sorted out.

Nick helped me set up my website and blog quickly and more professionally than I ever could have done by myself. He was super helpful throughout the process, teaching me as we went so I could learn why we were doing what we were doing. His enthusiasm for my ideas and vision was so encouraging. Nick made my website redesign easy in so many ways. He approached me with suggestions and improvements and laid out a plan. This is already 50% of the struggle; I so appreciated being given suggestions and options to choose from without having to spend time guessing and researching what Id need to do to improve my site. He patiently negotiated his recommendations vs. my preferences and was flexible planning for a redesign workload that I'd feel comfortable taking on. Im very happy with how my site has turned out! Ive also been pleasantly surprised when I get notes from Nick that show hes been poking into the analytics to see what has been working and hasnt for the site. He frequently references the small and big goals for my business that Ive shared with him to back up suggestions or fixes. Over time he's reached back out to suggest fine tuning different aspects of the new site. I also appreciate that Nick is a photographer and has an eye for aesthetic design, especially since my own business replies on displaying images. Ive never worked so closely with someone on a site before and this experience has all exceeded my expectations! I'd happily recommend Isthmus, especially if you are open to a bigger revamp of your site.
