Brewers Point Apartments

I would give this unit a -100. I'm only giving it one star because I had too otherwise the "post" button would not have appeared. The apartment was filthy and dirty on my move in date. They were cleaning the unit after I moved in and that's only because I compliant. For the amount of money, you can definitely find a better place to live. DON'T GET SUCKED IN BY THE RENT SPECIAL. The FIXTURES ARE COMPLETELY OUTDATED, CABINETS WORN, CARPET FEELS LIKE YOU'RE WALKING OUT CONCRETE.

This is not a safe place to live. Everything is broken. They steal your packages , no safety at all. Owner dont Care nor corporation dont care. Pictures online are misleading.Garage is dirty and its never clean. Cars get broken into all the time.

If youre looking for a place with faulty elevators this is your best bet! Former resident of 1.5 years Lack of communication - they will service elevator, water, fire alarm and not let residents know ahead of time. Faulty Elevator - out of service at least once a month. It can be out of service for hours, forcing you to haul groceries up flights of stairs. Lobby buzzer broken Top floor apartment with roof leakage - Water damage to ceiling/walls. Notified property manager and maintenance, nothing was done. Maintenance - service requested and not completed. After water leaking in, blinds were damaged and we asked for replacements, never received Parking lot - slow snow removal

Poor management, horrible turn around for repairs. I went 4 months with a damaged front door from someone attempting to kick in my door. Huge hole was left and they were not concerned about safety. Lack of safety overall in building. Garage door often doesnt shut despite charging over 100 dollars to park, security cameras havent worked the entire duration of me living here, a strange homeless man who is violent likes to chill in an unlocked part of the building and management refuses to lock this entrance, they replaced a refrigerator that broke down in my unit with one infested with bugs and molding food still inside, told me to clean it up myself. Stay far away from this place!!! The units are overpriced for what you get and they refuse to follow basic safety provisions that they state in their lease. I cannot wait until my lease is up! Update: I have not lived at this property for 3 year and will get calls sometimes at 12am. Today I got a call at 6pm with no message. Its like moving out did not end the nightmare of this place.

Terrible security. They do not fix anything. Genuinely feel unsafe here.
