        My SO and I are apartment hunting and The Moderne caught our eyes. We are looking to hopefully move here sooner than later. Our tour guide, Rob was just 1000% amazing! He reached out to me to confirm my tour availability and then also managed to accommodate us last minute when we called because we were in the area. He treated us so nicely and even answered my younger siblings questions (my sibling is on the spectrum and so its hard for him to socialize). My SO and I are on the younger side so many of our previous tour guides did not take us as seriously which is unfortunate as we make enough to live comfortably. Rob however, answered every single question and made us feel completely welcomed. Mitchell , at the front desk was also super nice and welcoming. First impressions are everything to us and after coming home and comparing everything, The Moderne was our winner. Thank you Rob and Mitchell!
