My husband and I loved living here! We recently wrapped up a five-year stay here and cannot express enough how positive our experience was. The units themselves have great design and layout that highlights the historic elements of the building. The place is very dog-friendly and we really enjoyed not having to take our dog all the way out to the street at night. And the property manager, Lisa, was very responsive and really cares about the building and the people living there. Highly recommend renting here!

We have loved living here. The management is great. They will go out of their war to make sure everything is up and running. They have a great patio with grills to use for everyone. Its a great location for walking just about anywhere down town. If I were to suggest anything it would to put a pool in. Amazing place with a wonderful staff

Most amazing experience! It is a great location, close to restaurants, and walking distance from everything. However you could have a conversation with your're neighbor through the walls which made it more fun in my opinion.

Lived here for a year, sad to be leaving! Lisa was so kind and was very accommodating to whatever we were asking! It was a very unique building to live and everyone that came over talked about how stunning the apartment and the common spaces were. Loved the water/ice in the fridge door, the pool tables, and the keyless access!
