I've lived at this location for three years now and it's going to take a pretty spectacular place to get me to move away. This place is lovely. The finishes are high-end, secure location and neighborhood, right in the bustling heart of Bay View! Heated underground parking and available surface lot. Dean is so attentive with anything I need, fixing whatever I need and rescuing me when I lock myself out. I can't say enough good things about this place!

A great place to live. The units in this building were thoughtfully designed and built and have been so enjoyable to live in. The property managers Scott and Dean are quick to respond and just all-around great.

I've lived here for almost 9 months now in one of the one bedroom + workspace units. I'm beyond happy with it. Super high ceilings, concrete floors, all new appliances, and heated underground parking. You're right in the middle of BV and walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars and the Avalon theater.
