I went a couple of years ago and then I came back just recently these guys did an excellent job my car is running properly this is my only repair shop I'll ever go to from now on. Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

I honestly see why this shop has such low ratings. The biggest downfall to the shop is the man that looks like hulk hogan. He has one of the nastiest attitudes, and aggressive tones. They seem to do good work because my car was fixed however the way you talk to others needs to be better. And exactly my point if you give respect it should be given. Everything I said was yes and no sir out of respect. But the loud tone and attitude was over the top.

I was charged $1,100 for tie rod ends inner and outer front brakes rotors and my alignment will still off and the car was Kept For 4 days no credit card machine to pay for my transaction had to drive to numerous ATMs in order to pay the bill and my steering wheel alignment was still off which they fixed when was told I'm still hearing sounds that I wanted to get rid of on the right side which is the driver side in the front part axle and it's not fixed so with all the money I paid they never fix the part that I needed to be fixed for the sound to go away and also pay 76 bucks for the diagnostic and that's what they came up and said that was wrong with the problem that I was hearing but it's still not fixed going to have to take it back to see if the warranty is still valid cuz I need that fixed because I'm on the highway constantly back and forth to Lacrosse Wisconsin for deliveries for my job
