        After my Jeep broke down on 94 nearby about an hour into a 13 hour road trip back home from the Holidays, all I can say is I was extremely grateful it was towed to Griffins Hub. Jon A. in the service department was very professional and helpful with my wife and Is situation. They had us back on the road in about 2 hours after a quick fix. Their quick fix helped us get to our destination without any other issues in the final 12 hours. We had our dog in the car for the trip and everyone, both employees and customers, in showroom and lounge were accommodating and friendly about the dog being in there to stay out of the cold. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to service department. And if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Cant thank yall enough!
