Not the happiest right now,when things go south at least in my industry,long term faithful & long term customers,get consideratiobs,considerations, guess here that doesn't exist,highly disappointed,3 complete days

Workers didnt open garage door. My car was slammed into the door by the automatic system 5 times bending the garage door locking me in causing me to be late to work. They assured me a manager will call me, its been two days without a call. Ive called corporate they told me a manger will call me. After the second call corporate once again told me they would take care of it. Going above and beyond, giving me an alt number to get in touch just in case the manager didnt get to me. 5 minutes later I got a call from the manager very apologetic telling me they would take care of it and the next steps to getting my car fixed. Overall a very inconvenient problem as I just got the car. But staff was very apologetic and as helpful as they could be. As far as corporate goes they get things done. This company cares for their customers. Ill keep this post updated for the after pictures and confirmation that my car was repaired.

horrible service.....my car was damaged and they are refusing to fix the damage to my mirror. I was referred to the "sign" that says not responsible for damages... was a membership holder for the ultra wash monthly.... I canceled my membership ASAP I want noting to do with this company. They don't know how to handle customer damages! RUUUUUUNNNN FAAAAARR AWAY ....OTHER COMPANIES ARE MUCH BETTER....DO NOT USE SCRUB A DUB!!!!
