I’ve used BCS on several occasions to assist with IT related purchases and projects. The BCS sales team is quick and attentive. They really care about our needs and the take the time to understand what our needs are before making a recommendation. They will bring in a few solutions then help us make the right choice that fits our needs and budget. Their engineers are talented and professional. They answer all of our questions and help us understand how the technology will solve problems and explain what will need to be done to maintain the solution. Even after the project is complete, we call BCS to help with ongoing support and management of the system. This is great because we are a small team required to do more with less. BCS takes a lot of work off my teams plate and is our trusted advisor. We have yet to be disappointed with the recommendations BCS has helped us procure and implement.

We have been working with BCS for almost 1 year and they have been an instrumental partner. They have helped us navigate the many changes we have experienced as a start-up in a new industry. They maintain all of our IT systems including patching and support. They have installed new computers, servers, phones, and cameras with no issues. They have helped us come up with an approval process for my team to order things our business needs, managers review and approve the orders, and I have visibility of the orders for overall management. Whenever there is problem, I contact BCS to work with me to come up with a solution. BCS understand our business and not only do they keep up, but having an IT team that feels like an extension of our own has been a critical component to the acceleration of our growth.
