Ok customer service until you pay. I guess it was my fault for paying before the work was 100% completed. We began working with Bruce Dahlgren Construction in the summer of 2020. We were given a quote to remove and install of a low chert concrete driveway with a cure and seal. After receiving our quote of $10,000, which we thought was really reasonable we decided to move forward. After finishing the concrete installation October of 2020 we were told they did not have time to complete the cure and seal and stated they would comeback in the spring to do this. Come late winter around February I noticed the driveway was cracked in 2 places right next to each other and the full width of the driveway. I called the company and Bruce came out and said those are considered by him to be minor cracks, which is not warrantied. We were also told they would be able to get to us in June of 2021 to seal the driveway. I was going on a training trip with the National Guard and would be out of state so I said I would power wash the driveway and they said they would be over while I was gone to seal it. They never showed. I have since then attempted to call them a few times and was told they were busy and could not complete the work right now. Also the last 2 times I tried to call I received no answer and no answering machine picked up. As of July 2022 they still are not returning my calls.
