The only reason I have been going here is b/c its the closest location to my house with a drive thru. If Im going to go through hell every month obtaining my prescriptions, its going to at least be from the comfort of my own car lol. I have had pleasant interactions with some of the pharmacy staff here, so I do not want to say everyone that works in this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. Im sure the good ones dont stick around long. There is one woman who Ive dealt with on multiple occasions that basically goes out of her way to be rude and unhelpful. She yells at customers and doesnt take time to listen/understand a situation before saying unnecessarily rude comments. I actually reported her to corporate for the treatment received this past weekend. Doubt anything will come of that. I dont think Ive EVER reported someone who works in customer service before. People skills, listening skills, empathy, compassion, etc. are absolutely lacking at this facility. Not that anyone cares, but Im definitely never dealing with this place again. Ill be going to a smaller pharmacy or changing to Walgreens. Suggest you do the same, unless you hate yourself haha.

This was my pharmacy for several years,I hate to say but the new people in the pharmacy seem to have no Idea what they are doing.I might be switching to walgreens soon.

The pharmacy has been very helpful and honest they take a lunch break I will have to double-check the lunch break because in the pharmacy is closed at that time, handicap parking & sliding doors for wheelchairs, not open 24/7, open Monday through Sunday, pharmacist or professional workers and answer all your questions they do the insurance papers and you can ask them questions you can call in over the phone and they can text you back also the store itself CVS is like a mini shopping store also with things you can buy for school clothes Beauty a lot more take a little time because when you call for the pharmacy it takes a little while because there are people ahead of you but once you get through the phone call they can give you the answers and now they can even send you a text through the cell phone
