        Very nice gentleman that works here, but very disappointed by the service provided. I brought a $400 comforter from West Elm that Ive had dry cleaned 3+ times with no issues. There was absolutely no pulling on the comforter when I brought it here. When I took it out of the bag from the dry cleaners, I had to take 30 minutes to cut strings off of the comforter so it looked normal and so it wouldnt get worse. Im concerned by how its going to wear over time now and will not be bringing any blankets or clothes here in the future. There was also a very recent stain that wasnt removed. When I called to discuss the issue, there was no apology, no offer of a refund, he just said okay. Very disappointed.
