Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers 5 minutes before arrival. Sat inside for 45 minutes. No apparent order for order filling. At least 4 employees walking around on their phones not doing anything. My order number disappeared from the service screen. No order. Waited 10 more minutes. Eventually left without my order. Ransoms people walking into kitchen in street clothes. This place is garbage, dont go here.

I go to this location often (probably more than I should) and always have a great experience. Food is always hot and service is always fast.

I ordered 2 large hot Carmel mochas. When I approached the window to pay, I was told that no one there knew how to make them, so they were not available. I found that very hard to believe. Quite disappointed to say the least.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The kiosk took my order but did not give me a receipt nor a number to collect my order. Went to cashier to request receipt, another employee came and asked if I REALLY WANTED A RECEIPT? Since I did not know my order number I did. Turned out the order was incorrect but I took it anyway so I could get it faster. Waited 15 minutes for order. Another employee came up and asked what I had a I gave her my number. Turned out that the kiosks were not communicating with the kitchen so they were not able to fulfill orders without getting them from the customer. I wound up taking the order to my car as there we so many frustrated people in the store. One of top 10% poorest McDonalds I have stopped at! This is not a place I will stop at again!
