I was very disappointed with my purchase a few months ago. I bought a lemon/lime tree. At the store, the customer service was pretty good, but when I took the plant home I realized that it was infested with mealybugs. I have over 50 houseplants and some which are rarities like the Monstera Thai Constellation. I'm glad I have a practice of quarantining plants when I bring them in, because this could have been a very costly mistake. Never have I ever bought a plant infested with mealybugs before. This should be concerning to any house plant enthusiast as this plant was living right next to dozens of others. If this plant was infested, so are others. But accidents happen, right? So, I reached out to Bayside to ask if I could return/exchange the plant (leaning towards return because I didn't want any of these nasty bugs in my apartment), but they responded saying that the return policy on plants is 48 hours! Only two days! I unfortunately didn't notice the infestation for about 5 days because I'm busy and do have a life to live. It was a wasted $50 as the plant died in about 2 weeks despite my best efforts. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed by this establishment. I had been recommended to go here because it was the "best greenhouse in Milwaukee" but I guess I will have to keep looking.

Excellent variety of plants, and all divine, even in winter. I just bought a pair, the price is quite reasonable (comparable to Walmart prices so to speak, although the variety doesn't compare). The plants look nice and healthy, and although I have them isolated for the moment, I hope they don't have any pests.
