It was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to in Milwaukee... better location would be Oak Creek cuz it's more a ghetto motel than a hotel. Elevator broken down. Phone wasn't powered. Thin blanket. 1 towel for 2 people. No floor mats or wash rags. Couldn't find an ice machine either. Vending machines were jammed and so weren't eating bills of any denomination. Oh.. and toilet was clogged up on checking in which required more convincing than you'd expect for an employee to let you borrow a plunger (because why would their employees fix their toilet?) to fix. Lastly, it was very dirty. Not worth the price at all.

What a gem! Cozy Rooms has perfected the art of providing a snug retreat. I felt pampered from the moment I stepped in.

Unfortunately if I could leave 0 stars I would. The smell of the hallways to the room alone should have turned me around. Upon entering the room the bed looked slept in. Dirty sheets, homemade pillows. The bathroom looked as if you'd have a disease if you used it, stains on the toilet, dirt on the toilet, urine, on tub and toilet heavily stained with a yellow discoloration. Spots on the ceiling. Not to mention the heavily smoked out curtains. I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless. Left in exactly 10 minutes upon check-in. No refund was given, no apologies. Nothing. IF YOU'RE THINKING OF STAYING HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DISGUST. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE 100% CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!!!
