Stayed here for the weekend as part of the Blind Bowling League group and was very disappointed in the amenities. I reserved my room with requests to be near the elevator since my mom couldn't walk a long distance, to arrive and get a room SO FAR from the elevator it was ridiculous. The rooms had no fridge or microwave, and the front desk gave me a hard time trying to get them. My mom has diabetes and needed to store her insulin, and it took hrs! I had to call and go to the front desk repeatedly. The toilet in the room I had didn't work, and maintenance had to come and service it. The ice machine on the 1st floor was out of order, and then the one on the 2nd floor went out. Breakfast was an additional $7 per person per day for a buffet style spread with only like 4 items, and the kitchen staff sucked with the acception of 1 young lady on Saturday. She cooked and did MOSTLY ALL OF THE WORK while the others stood around and watched. On Sunday, we were told that the toaster, waffle maker, and microwave didn't work, and there was no hot water for tea and oatmeal. It was kind of a ripoff if you ask me. I checked out and was charged extra for who knows what because it was more than what the app said at booking. I called and received an email saying that i was charged correctly Hopefully, the service and amenities will improve for future guests and they're not overcharged.
