        Jason has been been my agent for over a decade. He is knowledgeable in his profession and has always guided me in the right direction with regards to home, life and auto insurance. I highly recommend his agency.

        Jason (and his wife) had given us great service when we set up our policy years ago. We actually recommended him to others back then. Over the last couple years, it's only been him who has answered the phone and he has been extremely rude every time we've spoken. He gets extremely defensive over every question and talks to you in an insulting manner. This last time, Jason was rude, raised his voice and hung up on me before he could even listen to the issue at hand. I called him back and he hung up again. Extremely unprofessional. We just called Farmers and they confirmed that he made a mistake with entering the cancellation dates and are working to fix the issue. I recommend you try other agents. We just removed him, too.
