The therapists are great, but the front desk staff are rude. They are the first impression you get to the clinic, the one older lady that checked me in today, never looked up at me, never acknowledged me, I was standing in front of her for 5 mins just waiting for her to acknowledge me, but Nothing!!! Very rude!

I had a horrible experience at this clinic. I told them that I didn't have insurance and they were unable to find a doctor for me to get my refills. I was crying in the office and after not helping me at all, they charged me $250.
