This clinic is the worst, appointments keep getting canceled back to back from different doctors. Go somewhere else and save yourself headaches and pain. This clinic is the worst, they don't communicate well and cancel several appointments one after another, making me waste my time and causing pain. I recommend that you go to another place that works for the patients.

I've used the urgent care service and received vaccines from this location. The providers I saw made sure to take the time to answer all of my questions. The medical assistant who took my blood pressure and collected information was friendly and thorough. The front desk staff were friendly and ensured I didn't wait long to see a provider.

Doctors are good but LAKESHA which is the lady who answers the phone is unprofessionally ghetto. As I was speaking to her about my Medical concerns she was speaking over me, refused to listen or to transfer to someone else. She was mumbling and swearing over the phone. This was horrible and Im really upset. She hung up on me and than when I called back another woman answered a respectful friendly and caring person that I explained to her what happened and she than tried to transfer me to LAQUESHAS supervisor which is VERONICA I have been told. Veronica must not be in. Monday morning I will be coming to the clinic to speak to a supervisor. I will not let this go since this is where my appointments are and since I have never experienced an unprofessional rude broad at this clinic before. LAQUESHA should be fired she isnt there to help people or to do her job respectfully shes more for a pay check .
