        The customer service was fantastic and the policies are amazing. I imagine it's hard to deal with people who are upset that they broke their phone all day long, but y'all did a great job. Also, you held Google accountable for it's very own policy they denied me for earlier that day. I knew my phone was under warranty and this store made sure to use that warranty for me saving me over $300. Replacing your phone screen for $300 versus buying a whole new device is obviously the environmental decision. Reduce reuse repair. That's how we do it
