        It was very difficult to select a place for our loved one for hospice. Autumn Lake staff did not disappoint. The Director of nursing, The nursing staff, The Housekeeping, the receptionist and the business office were wonderful to work with. The admissions coordinator was not as helpful as she couldve been, but as far as the facility and the staffing they were wonderful. No complaints.
