Take 5 Oil Change

Second one I went to today and he couldnt do it cause he was by himself. Im not going to a third location so I could look like a fool.

I just went there and was told they do not do emissions tests. All other services are great.

In response to the message from the owner!!!! I have followed all the necessary steps to have my issue rectified and still it has not be resolved. Instead of responding to the review with a canned message please kindly respond to the emails and messages left by your customer service department so this issue can be revolved. There is no way a customer should have to wait 3 weeks to resolve any issue that was caused by one of your employees. If I could give zero stars I would. The worker broke the over hose from radiator while doing an oil change almost 2 weeks ago. The store manager Jeremy stated they would review the cameras and call me back. Its been damn near 2 weeks and now my vehicle will not start because there is coolant everywhere where battery and. It has caused way more damage in which this could have been avoided had they tried to at least get it fixed. Please dont take your vehicle here unless you want to be given the run around after something happens. I also noticed that either the manager or owner only responds to positive reviews!!!!!

I really like this place. And I dont like side oil top offs, I usually go too my dealer however Ive moved too brown deer and there convenient. Ive only had one top off done here and it is a lil pricey to too me which was around 85$ but Im am use to only paying like 55-65 bucks at my dealer. But what I like her the most is that they do not charge for air in your tires. I was having an issue where the air kept coming out of my tire, no matter how many times I came, They always welcomed me. This service is super fast is never over a 3 to 5 minutes that. They greet you with a bottle of water even if Im only getting free air . They take the time and check all the c tires no matter if its cold outside. Theyre always courteous nice respectful respectful so they will always be an option for quick Car needs.
