        Possible Fatal Accident! Been coming here for 25 yrs and watched service deteriorate. Bad story 1 i was told to switch lanes when i arrived and then waited over an hour as they serviced 2 1/2 cars that came after me in my original lane. The reason was the car ahead of me in the shop only could pay cash and they didn't have change. I finally left. horrific story 1 after an oil change i heard something rubbing under my car Took it to a ford dealer and found out they had reattached the skid plate with only the two rear screws and the front of the plate was hanging down unattached. The dealer told how lucky I was not to have been in a severe or fatal accident.

What started "not so good" ended up being another GREAT EXPERIENCE.
