        Avoid. Had a reservation through SpotHero. Arrived well within our reservation time. Lot was full. Offered for us to park in Bonnie's Lot South. Then wanted to keep my keys while they double parked my car into the lot! No way. The "owner" said he'd refund my payment through SpotHero. No refund received.

        Consistently ticketed and vehicle immobilized even though I pay for monthly parking in good standing. Absolutely 0 customer service available, there is no phone number or parking attendant. Do NOT recommend.
