Cant even call the Pharmacy, just get disconnected. Whats the point of being open if you cant serve people? Customers need to call to transfer prescriptions. I called 9 times over 3 hours and gave up.

Unsafe, heckled, and online order not even filled. Security guard at front door did nothing when my wife was approached and jeered walking both in and out. Homeless were panhandling openly. The store employees had no Walgreens identification, they were dressed just as professional as the homeless outside.
Our online order was not delivered. Contacted the store and they promised to fill the order and send it DoorDash. Never happened. So we went to the store, no order was filled, and it was a frightening experience. Never again.
Please avoid this location.

Ive struggled immensely with this pharmacy for the past year. Basic prescriptions routinely require 2+ visits even after getting false text confirmations saying that my prescription has been filled. Schedule II prescriptions (adhd meds & testosterone gel) have routinely taken me 3-5 visits to fill because they never answer the phone & different employees give you different answers & they blame everyone but themselves when you finally call them out on their mistakes. Ive since switched to filling all of my prescriptions at Froedtert and its a lot less convenient, but being able to actually receive all of my prescriptions on the first try has been completely worth it. Do not waste your time here even if the location is ideal its far and away the worst pharmacy Ive ever used.
