I was trying to rate this disappointing pharmacy a zero if possible but Ill have to settle for this one star. Upon pulling up to the drive thru pharmacy I wasnt greeted until I reached out and pushed the call button after waiting for 15 minutes..thats just unacceptable especially after being patient. Im finally greeted and when I provide my information they tell me its not there/ready. I receive numerous notifications saying otherwise but when I finally get there its not ready?? It seems as if the staff doesnt care about clients or their jobs at all. If it was possible to get my medication sent elsewhere Id do it. Im extremely dissatisfied with the service and atmosphere of this Walgreens. If you can go anywhere else do it. Such a disappointment. I understand not everyone is going to be great at customer service but the least I can expect is getting my medication on time and not deal with rude employees who dont seem to know what they are doing.

This location has really gone down hill. The one pharmacist that used to be there must have left because I haven't seen him in months and the one they have now is (in my opinion) kinda rude.

Always lowbon employees but they move the line along. And help when a problem exists. Not sure why others gave a low rating. I have been getting my meds for over two years and they've always helped me when a problem occurred.
