The library builds stability to your character if you use it according to it's purpose(s). Many times people arrive in the library only to disrupt or use the facilities for charging a phone and talking loud and being a nuisance. I realize not being a judge of person but, of moral fortitude; that having structure and integrity is what the library was built for. We as not only humans and adults or people of color whether that color be any color, must arm ourselves w/ intelligence that surpasses common ignorarance &, material delirium. We must find our truths in the past to push our futures forward. The library was built for those to learn and educate those who are unlearned. Any place I can find a book, a record, a CD, a magazine, or some type of historic document that gives me a window to what once was is phenomenal within itself! I'm thankful and grateful the libraries are not against the law and learning is not against the law like it once was for us as people! I realize the greatness that is possessed by knowledge wisdom and understanding. Lastly, this specific library is a godsend & blessing. They always are polite & courteous with consideration. There's always something for my particular need in the Capitol street library
