        Mr. Kress at the Oakland Avenue location in Shorewood is the most helpful and knowledgeable tax preparer I've ever met! He's a character of course,:-) but extremely professional in his job duties.

        I liked their service when I was there. Unfortunately, I had to pay $200 to get a tax refund and I waited two years. I lost money. Similarly, I didn't get anything. I was told twice that they would call me back, but they never did.
