Ordered the cheese steak, I think the person forgot to heat up the steak because it was cold. Cheese on sandwich was not even melted, bread was just OK. Definitely not even close to the previous restaurant in the building that they're pretending to be. They tricked me to get me in the door and before I realized I was being asked for my order. Will definitely not be returning.

Don't even bother with this place! It is terrible service the worker seemed like it was annoying to have to make my food. I won't be going there anymore.

I'm not even sure where to begin on this one.  Maybe with the name.  This place is NOT the Philly's that was once in the same location, yet they coincidentally left the signs up as to mislead you until you walk in the door.  Nothing is near the same, and I cannot believe the former owners of Philly's would allow this.  Secondly, you have really no idea what you're getting. They have a few items listed on the glass, but no pricing, and no idea what the "extras" were for a sub sandwich as most other places show.  I ordered a "Philly", and it was so basic, and when they asked if I wanted any extra veggies on it - I'm thinking... "like what are my choices??".  The end result, is I ordered a 6" sub and a small soda and it costed me $13.17!!  I about tipped right over.  I should have walked out right then, but I just cannot do that.  Will never fall for that again.  Sure miss the REAL Philly's!!  Change your name or be honest, don't try to fly on the wings of a former business.  Also - not a single person in the place, which is very telling for the lunch hour.  One star is too much for this place.
