My payment plan was supposed to expire in 01/18/2024 (which i did) and then the last check was to go to the creditor. They mentioned that I would graduate from the program. NOT ONLY has the check not gone and I am not able to close the payment with the last Creditor. The program extended by an year and I am on call with the representative for two months and each time I get a new person on the line who says they will escalate it. I am still awaiting an update. This is really the last payment that has to happen and I am kind of stuck.

**Another Update** Still, no one contacted me. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! EVER!!! ***UPDATE*** STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL. I need to talk to someone! I would give 0 stars if I could although I have had a couple of customer service people that were friendly. I have the worst credit score of my life after more than 3 years with Wyolaw. I was told it would start getting better around the 6 month mark. One of my debts was settled for MORE than what I owed. One of my accounts has gone completely untouched for over 3 years, just dinging my credit every month. I received an email from a lawyer saying thanks for speaking with them that day for my annual check in. I DID NOT speak with that lawyer. I responded saying as much and asked them to call me but never got a response or a phone call. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! Go to your creditors and work something out with them. You will have better credit in the long run. After we had quit paying on one of our cards, as we were instructed to do, the credit card company got ahold of us through a family member and told us if we had come to them instead of Wyolaw they could have worked with us. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR DEBT CONSOLIDATION!!!!

After reading everyones review, I now understand their situation, I am in the same boat as them.. this company wants more money from me.. dont join their program!!!!

Update1/18/2024! The company seems to be shut down! In Dec 2023 I so called graduated the program and stopped them from taking money out of checking account. They still took money in Jan 2024. What I owe is less than $2.5K and they have $3.5K in escrow for me. Tell me why??? NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I am just reading the reviews, the bad reviews, and I can echo the stories. Im here one year later with the same nonsense. Apologies, but no action from this company. If multiple people are saying the same thing, then it must be true. Youve represented yourself Falsely and I was better off filing for bankruptcy dont even bother replying to me on here. I strongly believe you are making profit off of us by extending the deadline. So far my deadline has been extended about four times.
