        Fantastic experience with Thomas Crawford Auto. I rolled in around 4pm on a drive from Montana to Colorado, my CV axle failed, and I barely made it into the shop. They got it on the lift right away, gave me a good estimate, worked with my mechanic back home to cover it on warranty (the part had been replaced a year prior). Gave me a ride to the local hotel which had a discount, and I was on the road by 10am the next morning. Made the best out of a potentially bad situation - I'm so thankful. Thank you so much for fast work and great customer service. If I lived local to Casper, this would definitely be my go-to shop.

        I'm from California and was driving through to take my ALS client to South Dakota for a family reunion. Her hoyer lift cable split and someone suggested to go to Thomas Crawford Auto. This place was awesome. Wonderful customer service and it took them seconds to fix without paying but paid him anyways because I appreciate them taking the time to help us. May God bless the owner and employees here.
