Calling to try and make an appointment was like pulling teeth. I was very polite and willing to work around the stylists' schedules. Of course, as anyone else, I have a preferred time slot, but I was not pushing them to go out of their way for me. I asked a question to clarify the service and was treated as if I was unintelligent. I was transferred to speak to another stylist about scheduling a consultation and told them I could not do their preferred time due to needing to pick up my child. They were very rude and insisted, "I would like to do that time" not considering that I had just told her I wouldn't be available. She could have asked if I had time next week or whenver might work better without acting such a way. Very tacky communication on her part. As I originally told the owner first on the phone that I could try to make timing work best for everyone. The type of service I need would be multiple hundreds of dollars. I would not bother to book an appointment with a salon who treats potential clients as inconveniences.

I have gotten my hair and eyebrows done here and the women are so pleasant and they do amazing work.
