Ulta Beauty

I had my brows done at this Ulta, and let me tell you i cam out looking fabulous. Melanie did my brows and she was extremely polite and professional. Definitely coming back!

I had an appointment scheduled with ulta in Casper. I had the date set as I was leaving on vacation the next day. Hours before my appointment ultra called and asked me to reschedule. I explained that I couldnt due to my scheduling and need. They told me the prior clients talked so much that it took more time and therefore they wont be able to keep me on the schedule for today. This is terrible customer service and sloppy practice. They had no care in the world about how this affects my circumstances. If it were my business I would have stayed late to fulfill my promise to a client. I wont give them my business ever again.

Not one person asked if assistance was needed. Two employees stood and visited while one checked customers out. If you aren't a Cashier at least go find someone who is instead of having customers standing there waiting or address the fact that you aren't with an "I apologize for the wait we'll be with you shortly."
