Supercuts

Absolutely awful! My hair was down to my hips. Asked for it to be cut about where my elbows sat with long layers. She cut it to my shoulders. One side was shorter than the other. There were strands left longer than the rest of the hair. Had to pay another business to fix the job and get extensions to keep the length I wanted. I would not give them any stars if it was an option. Service: Haircut

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. We went to Supercuts today for my husband to get a haircut. The two ladies working never bothered greet us, ask if wed checked-in online or offer to check us in. It was only after another customer, who apparently made an appointment came in and said haircut for.(her name) did they offer to check him in. They were slow to clean up their stations after finishing with their customer. Still never saying anything as simple as well be with you in a minute. They made eye contact several times, giving the feeling ofOh, youre still here. Finally my husband decided they didnt deserve our money and we headed down the road to Great Clips where we were immediately acknowledged and welcomed. Service: Haircut
