Had an awesome experience with Jon Kemper and his team at Superior Air. He instilled an AC system and a new furnace in our rental home. We were so pleased we are having him install a new AC system in our primary residence as well. He is professional, I shopped around for prices and his was the best. He also identified problems with our existing systems that had been caused by other service providers in town that we had previously used leading to excessive noise and compromising the effectiveness of our existing systems. He is highly knowledgeable and very consistent. He calls to confirm the day before. He reliably sends estimates and bills online. He shows up on time with his team and completes the job within the given time frame. In one day, he replaced our furnace and installed a new AC system. He showed up early and completed the work with no excuses or delays. It has been very effective in keeping the home warm even during the worst of storms and with old windows.
