Ramkota Hotel

The hotel clearly allowed or does allow smoking. The halls smell of it. If you get a dog friendly room, youll really experience it.

Old and tired. Frint desk check in was nice. Person at check out was rude. Signed up for 5:00 am shuttle at check in, but they changed departure time. Food was unpredictable.

Damnkotafront desk was great! Went to eat at restaurant attached to hotel, service was so awful the ended up comping the entire meal. Then moved on into my room, found 3 empty liquor bottles under the mattress which made me question the cleaning. Friends room who also stayed in hotel was not cleaned and upon looking behind bedboard found pills and dirty socks, along with more dust than anyone should find. Then upon getting water from the large pitcher they have in their lobby and drinking multiple glasses I see what appears to be algae coming out of the nozzlefast forward one day into stay I start developing an Illness. Fast forward two weeks from stay Illness turns out to be a serious bacterial infection! If you stay here be aware of what you eat and drink. And I wish you luck.

My mom came here for a school trip and the first room they placed her in had the nasty smell of cigarettes and the dust build up in the fans looked like it hadnt been dusted in months, when they placed her in another room once again there was dust everywhere the carpet was all stained and ripped up and then the third room they placed her in had a used razor still in the shower the housekeeping here needs an upgrade for sure, the front desk lady was very nice and worked with my mom trying to find her a better/cleaner room but the issue is with housekeeping and not cleaning their rooms properly
